| Our Third Wedding Anniversary | |
| February 26th, 2003 | |

This year we spent an evening in at home. We made a yummy homemade dinner for the two of us...lemon and rosemary chicken, steamed asparagus, and roasted rosemary red potatoes. Maria surprised Paul with crème brulee, excellent for his gift of a blow torch :) Then, we spent the following weekend at Flagstaff, AZ for some winter wonderland activities! |

While in the Flag area, we went to
Sunset Crater National Park. Most of Flagstaff is covered by volcanoes. Sunset Crater is of the cinder cone variety. |
Sunset Crater. Scientists estimate that is was around 1076AD when Sunset Crater blew its top. It is named Sunset Crater because of the red colored earth that can be seen all over the crater. |

These mountains once formed one huge mountain like Mount Saint Helens, until the composite volcano erupted. This peak would've been about 16,000 feet high! |
