| Last summer (2006), Jared and Maria took a toddler and mommy swim class through the Chandler Parks & Rec. We enjoyed it and Jared learned a lot. So, we decided to sign up Jared for more swim lessons this summer. He is taking two classes, a level 1 and level 2. Each class meets for 30 minutes. The first class is pretty basic, e.g. blow bubbles, learn to use "big arms," bob under the water, kick. That stuff, Jared already knows but we thought it would be a good refresher for him. His level 2 class is learning to do the back stroke, float on their backs and tummies and dive for toys under the water. He is doing great in the classes and having so much fun! |
